This notice covers the launch interest form and launch emails on riscsafety.com.
What we collect
Your email address, optional first name, role and phone-platform preference, the time and wording of your consent, and campaign labels from the link you followed. Temporary, hashed request identifiers help limit form abuse. This form does not accept workplace photos.
How we use it
RiSC Safety uses these details to confirm your request, send the launch news and practical previews covered by your consent, understand which channels bring interest, and manage unsubscribe requests. Joining this list does not enroll you in exam preparation or an app subscription.
New sign-ups cover RiSC Abri and CHST Exam Professor updates, about once a week. Earlier Abri-only sign-ups keep their original scope; their consent is not expanded by this change.
Services that support the list
The website and its private records use the site’s hosting and database services, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend handles launch email delivery when configured. Delivery providers process recipient details and delivery events needed to operate email.
Your choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove your launch-list information by emailing info@riscsafety.com. We keep list information while administering this launch and its updates, and may retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
Confirmation and access
We ask you to confirm your email before it is included in campaign exports. Launch-list records and exports are restricted to the site owner. This notice does not describe the future app’s photo-processing practices; those will be addressed separately.
